BEST@StPeter's is a weekly group for young people in years 7-9 of secondary school. BEST - Bespoke Emotional and Social Teaching - has been running social and emotional programmes in local schools since 2015, using a mixture of games, sport, and activities to help young people develop self-esteem and resilience, manage anger, fear and anxiety, and address modern adolescent lifestyle issues such as social media, body image and self confidence.
