Sunday Suppers

SUNDAY SUPPERS at Rivercourt Church provides a meal each Sunday evening to homeless people. It has now been running for 10 weeks and is regularly feeding around 40 guests each Sunday. They have raised £7,823 so far and are shortly getting a £3k grant from H&F Council, so have enough money to keep going for at least another winter season after this one. They also have lots of volunteers – a very enthusiastic and energetic bunch of people!

But they are still in need of good quality coats, jackets, hats, gloves, jumpers, scarves, socks and trainers/boots for their guests, plus small sized toiletries. You can leave suitable donations in church, or call Vicky Lawrence on 07939 083466.
