Beating the Bounds
Help us revive the traditional medieval practice of walking round the parish boundaries, hitting the ancient boundary markers (we've located six of them!) as we go. Traditionally the boys of the parish were turned upside down, and their heads knocked against the boundary markers, to help them remember. We might skip this bit (!), but you will still need to bring a long stick! It’s about two and half miles, with two short breaks - first for a quick snack…
