BEST@StPeter’s

A taster session for our new group for young people in secondary school years 7-9, running from 12.30 – 2 pm on the Sunday 4th February, with lunch provided, and a chance for parents to meet with the organisers afterwards. BEST@StPeters will then run weekly on Thursday evenings (term-time only), from 6.30 til 8 pm, beginning on Thursday 22nd February.

BEST – Bespoke Emotional and Social Teaching – has been running social and emotional programmes in local schools since 2015, using a mixture of games, sport, and activities to help young people develop self-esteem and resilience, manage anger, fear and anxiety, and address modern adolescent lifestyle issues such as social media, body image and self confidence.
